Parking Express is an on airport car park for the south terminal with transfers running 24 hours a day taking approximately seven minutes. Parking Express has been running Gatwick Airports long stay car park on behalf of BAA since 1993.
The car park offers excellent security and they hold a Secure Car Parks Award.
The car park operates frequent security patrols. They have security fencing and CCTV and they also hold the Secure Car Parks Award.
Parking Express is easy to find. When you arrive at Gatwick you simply follow the signs to the South Terminal and then follow signs to long term car park.
Arrival
When you arrive at the car park barriers Parking Express will automatically read your vehicles registration and see that you are a pre booked customer.
You just need to press the green button at entrance barrier and take a ticket, on the ticket it should print your booking confirmation number that you received at time of booking. You need to keep this ticket. You then simply park your car and take the courtesy transfer service to the south terminal.
Return
When you return to the car park, provided your booking reference is on your arrival ticket you just insert your ticket into the exit barrier to leave the car park.
If you over stay your pre booked time period or your ticket does not display your booking reference staff will need to provide you with another ticket to exit the car park.
Parking Express transfers operate 24 hours a day, running approximately every 10 minutes. They transfer takes around 7 minutes.
Transfers only operate to the south terminal, if you are going from the North Terminal you can get the airports monorail service to travel between the terminals.
